USER ELIGIBILITY AND USAGE RESTRICTIONS

If you are under the age of majority within your province of residence can have a parent or legal guardian agree to these conditions on your behalf. In completing the registration form, users will be asked to provide the names and emails of all un-registered members of the bridal party. Users must receive consent from each member of the bridal party before the information can be shared. Information can not be shared without expressed consent.

Users may not attempt to gain access to any unauthorized or private areas or features of the site. Users may not probe or test the site in an attempt to expose system vulnerabilities.

Unless explicit consent has been given, no portion of the site can be reproduced in any way. This includes copying, republishing, and translating materials found on www.bridesmadeoutlet.com, and any other BridesMade associated social medias or digital platforms. All logos, images, photographs, coding, written pieces, and user interfaces are the intellectual property of BridesMade.

By posting or uploading content to www.BridesMadeOutlet.com you are hereby releasing all rights to the shared content. This non-exclusive, royalty-free, and irrevocable content becomes the property of BridesMade, and can be distributed, modified, exhibited, or reproduced without additional consent. BridesMade respects others’ intellectual property, and reserves the right to remove any user submitted content that violates someone’s copyright.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS PERTAINING TO PURCHASE PROMOTIONS AND WARRANTIES

Additional terms will apply to special promotions and sales. The user agrees to abide by any additional terms set forth by each individual offer.

The site and products or services purchased or offered through www.bridesmadeoutlet.com are delivered on an “as is” and “as available” basis only, and are not subject to any warranty. The users expressly agree that the use of the is at their sole risk.

In the case that BridesMade does take legal action against a user due to the violation of the terms and conditions set forth in this document, the user will be responsible for covering all reasonable legal costs and fees of such action.

ACCEPTABLE USE OF SITE AND SERVICES

You are responsible for your use of the site and services provided by BridesMade. Just as we strive to keep our users protected, we ask that all users also keep the privacy of others intact. When using the site and services, you will act in a way that violates federal or provincial laws or regulations. Users are not to use the site to submit, distribute, transmit, or post any information concerning any other person or entity without their expressed permission. This includes, but is not limited to, photographs and/or personal contact information. Users will not violate the intellectual property, privacy, or legal rights of others, or transmit anything that is illegal or objectionable. Users will not impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with someone else, or harass or harm another individual in a physical or digital nature, including the transmission of any malicious code or computer viruses.

VIOLATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

BridesMade may disclose any personal information submitted by the user or collected through site use in connection with an investigation into a user’s violation of the stated terms and conditions, or to identify, contact, or bring legal action to an individual who is in violation of the legal rights of any visitors or other users of the BridesMade site or services. BridesMade reserves the right to release personal user information to proper authorities in compliance with any applicable federal or provincial laws, by government request, to enforce the Terms and Conditions of this site, to protect the rights of others, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of BridesMade, its employees, shareholders, users, or visitors to the site.
